ARIA 2024 – Toronto's leading research and technological innovation showcase
ARIA 2024 is Toronto’s leading research and technological innovation showcase, hosted by the University of Toronto’s Department of Computer Science. ARIA brings together some of the globe’s most innovative companies, with Canada’s most talented STEM faculty and graduates to demonstrate and celebrate advances in technology that are reshaping our world.
This year the Department of Computer Science is celebrating its 60th anniversary and ARIA is celebrating its 10th anniversary in a big way. ARIA 2024 is hosting over 150 student-led R&D projects, networking opportunities with industry-leading partners, and live demonstrations of cutting-edge research in industry and our departmental research labs. A special feature this year includes a keynote from Professor Sanja Fidler, VP of AI Research at NVIDIA, and a fireside chat between alumni Nick Frosst, Co-founder of Cohere, and Orion Buske, Chief Technology Officer of PhenoTips.
This is your chance to witness the ground-breaking technologies of tomorrow, today.
